(Items are in no special order)
--Do the best you can each day
--Stay away from liars, crazies, false people, bullies, etc. as much as you can
--Believe in yourself and your God
--Do things you enjoy daily -- stay busy
--Do healthy things to stay healthy
--Have hobbies to help occupy your brain & body
--Avoid anger & depression
--Try not to work for a sick organization
--Find and do a project to help others
--If possible, find real love
--Realize you cannot control much, and stop worrrying so much
--Realize you cannot make anyone believe you, believe the truth, or love you
--Plan ahead
--Train yourself to survive almost anything
--Do no evil to others; be fair to all
--Put a bubble of support (relatives, friends) around you
--Realize that humans are animals & thus can act like animals
--Exercise your mind & body daily
--Cut out the things that stress you out & you cannot control
--Do not take your anger out on others, and cause more problems
--Have a pet
--Work on solving problems daily
--Separate from those who live for the pleasures of the moment
--Do not try to fix things controlled by others
--Try to stay calm in all things
--Avoid feeling sorry for yourself
--Set goals to do each day, and do them
--Reward yourself for jobs well done
--Be proud of what you do and stand for
--Share with others
--Make sure your word is good
--Value ideals, not things
--Seek the truth in all things
--Be careful who you trust or rely on
--Be observant of all things going on around you
--Have a good fence between you and your neighbors
--Avoid those who have hissy fits or spit in your face or wag their finger at you or shout at you
--Work in your yard/garden daily
--Enjoy nature and beauty around you
--Eat foods you grow or hunt
--Dream/hope for better days
--Protect your body from dangers/injury
--Save for the future
--Socialize with friends
--Breathe fresh, clean, cool air
